작가는 어딘가에 놓여져 있던 사물들의 모습을 있는 그대로 촬영한 다음, 그것을 다시 보여지는 기능만이 남은 수석처럼 박제화 시켜 영상과 함께 전시한다. 18개의 영상과 함께 전시되는 사물들은 한 때 하찮았으나 고유했던 기능을 누군가에 의해 박탈당하고 새로운 기능이 강제되는 상황을 보여준다.
The artist photographs objects as they were found in their original settings, then transforms them into fossil-like forms—stripped of function and preserved solely for viewing—and presents them alongside video works. Exhibited together with eighteen videos, these objects reveal situations in which once trivial yet specific functions are taken away by an external force, only to be replaced with newly imposed roles.
